The American Songwriter/Musician Gary Burr stopped through today. He has been voted songwriter of the year by three separate organizations. He had a beautiful young blonde on his arm and looked like they were having a great time.

Talked with the personal assistant/friend of Pamela Anderson today. I guess Pam like to keep hotties around her. Another amazingly beautiful gal. Nothing else to mention except there was a celebrity connection.

Wowee!

Sometimes you come across the friendliest people. I always love having positive interactions with customers especially on a hectic day. I would say that 90% of the poeple I deal with daily are kind, warm and friendly, but very rarely are they all of these things in addition to being stunningly beautiful. I had the opportunity to chat with Maggie for a few minutes and she was awesome. Very friendly and charming.

OK, so I have no idea who this guy is. Just kinda (once again) had a look about him. I guess he is a huge star in Mexico and recently had a major hit in the states Beverly Hills Chihuahua.

He was bumping his ipod to kind of blend into the crowd. He has a very striking look.

So, It’s been a couple of weeks. I have been staying busy, my folks came to town and things in general have been pretty crazy. I really enjoy the variety of sightings I see. This latest one is a right-coaster. She works in New York as a broadcaster. I don’t know that I would have recognized her until I heard her talk and then laugh. I immediatly recognized the voice of Robin Quivers from the Howard Stern Show. She had on the celebrity goggles that hid her face mostly, but she has such a unique timbre to her voice that I am positive it was her.

Great attitude, very friendly (for a New Yorker). Really, probably the best celeb sighting I have had.

Survivor (Studios)

So it looks like the next survivor might be in Africa as well. All I know is that a large quantity of expensive equipment is going there and the person in chage of bringing that equipment there is a producer for Survivor. Call it a rumor, but I would be willing to put a small wager on it. The joys of chatting with assistants to the studios. Either way I will be watching and loving one of my favorite shows on TV.

I overheard a father/son talking about their upcoming participation in The Amazing Race season 14. I don’t think they are supposed to talk about their participation, so I won’t get into a more specific descriptions.

Funny how so much of the entertertainment world is centered in just one area. After transplanting myself from the midwest I was excited to see the celebrities in Los Angeles. I had no idea how prolific “the industry” is around here.

Studios (Studios)

I have no problem helping people when they need help. That is not a problem, but let’s all be on the same page. When studio folks come in to get a large armful of junk and then want to bring it all back to me it is a huge hassle and it’s going to cost them. I had a person who did not understand this concept. She is working on a very high budget A-list filled flick and was upset over a matter of $150. I understand doing your job, but I too have to do mine.
